Kenley Oliva is a Louisville native with vast knowledge of the east end Louisville and north Oldham markets. She has been around the real estate industry her whole life- her parents both realtors and real estate investors. Kenley’s outstanding customer service along with her sincere desire to help people in the overwhelming process of buying and selling has helped her accomplish a lot at a very young age. She started with Karen Kraft back in 2015 as her licensed Assistant and has since then become her own agent on the karen kraft team. Kenley doesn’t just list her clients homes, she gets to know her clients and their goals and makes her top priority to exceed their expectations. When representing a buyer or seller she is easily accessible, incredibly organized and sees every obstacle as an opportunity to overcome. She is attentive to detail, has an eye for interior design and is passionate about selling homes in the most efficient manner. Barry Westerman is a native Louisvillian, entrepreneur and bourbon fanatic. He earned his photojournalism degree from Western Kentucky University and quickly began working as a photojournalist for several local publications including the Courier-Journal. In 2011, after some encouragement from a friend who is a Real Estate Agent, he started Louisville Real Estate Photography. “My passion for photographing homes is fueled by great coffee!”
